1) Who operates this store?
This store is operated by Merchadise, Inc on behalf of the Special Olympics USA Games 2026 which will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota June 20-26, 2026.
2) What is Print-On-Demand / How long will it take for my order to be produced and shipped ?
Print-On-Demand is the most sustainable way to produce branded merchandise because items are only manufactured after the order is placed. This eliminates huge amounts of waste associated with leftover inventory. It also means that we can offer many more designs because we do not have to invest in inventory up front.
All orders are custom made and most will take 8-10 days to be produced and shipped. All over print designs will take 12-14 days to be produced and shipped.
3) Why did I receive different tracking numbers for my order / Where is the rest of my order?
Our products are sourced from various specialized locations to ensure you get the best quality. As a result, your items might be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of each package individually. Rest assured, you'll receive all your items even if they arrive at different times.
