Refund Policy

We appreciate your support and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to review our return policy guidelines:

Non-Refundable Items: - All items in our store are made to order and, therefore, are non-refundable. - We kindly request that you carefully consult our size charts before placing your order to ensure the correct size is chosen, as we are unable to process exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: - We strive to provide you with top-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you. - Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and rectify it promptly. - Returns will only be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

3. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
